Magee Marsh and all the local parks around Toledo provide plenty of food for the migrating birds as they stop here on the way into upper Canada. That makes it a great opportunity to view them in the tree tops and down at eye level. The birds are too hungry to care about the folks on the boardwalk. We bird in the sunshine or rain, on the boardwalk or on the tram, with a group or by one’s self. However we do it, no one misses an opportunity to see what they can! This year 127 species, last year it was 150. Each year is in the same region but different experiences.
